Accessing webmail

You should have received a username (your email) and password to log in to access your emails. If you have a new password that has been sent to use, we strongly recommend you change this when you first log in to ensure the security of your account. Changing your password

Once you have logged into your webmail, you should be redirected to your inbox. Once the page has loaded you'll need to click on the icon to the left of the logout button. This show a drop-down menu. Please then select Password & Security.

There are a lot of other useful options in this menu where you can find your spam filters, autoresponders, email forwards and more.

All you'll need to do is then enter your New Password and Confirm New Password and click Save.

Migrating from Shared Hosting to our VPS

During migration, we transfer your website files and email accounts to our VPS. Due to the nature of the internet, transferring name-servers and dedicated IP's can take up to 48 hours. To minimise downtime for your services we perform this migration at the time of night where your services receive it's most minimum traffic. Once we have transferred all the files and accounts, we then switch the domain to process all traffic to the new servers. We then prompt popular DNS services like Google DNS to flush it's records for that domain and then monitor to check all traffic is then getting redirected to the VPS. By manually flushing these DNS services, we reduce that 48 hours to 1-2 hours. By the time you wake up, you should have received a confirmation that the migration went successfully.

We also advise anyone with mail synced on devices to remove then re-add the account with the correct settings. Although the settings may work if you have previously set up your device correctly, we recommend a fresh account set-up will prevent any problems in the future. All your emails are stored on our mail servers, they will only disappear if you choose to delete them.
